By accessing and using TradeDialer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TradeDialer provides real-time information about global stock market trading hours and countdowns, along with live major market indices. The Service is provided free of charge for informational purposes only.

Market index data is sourced from third-party providers (Twelve Data, Alpha Vantage) and may include ETF proxies or MSCI indices where direct index feeds are unavailable. All proxy data is clearly labeled with quality tiers (A, B, C).

Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

We do not guarantee that market data, countdowns, or exchange hours are accurate. Stock exchanges may change their schedules, observe holidays, or close unexpectedly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeDialer and its operator (Premysl Hnevkovsky) shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided by the Service
• Damages caused by service interruptions, errors, or third-party failures

Use of TradeDialer is entirely at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Overload or disrupt the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks, excessive API calls)
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

Violations may result in immediate termination of access to the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Premysl Hnevkovsky and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Twelve Data, Alpha Vantage) and is subject to their respective terms and licenses.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit written permission.

TradeDialer may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Yahoo Finance, exchange websites, GitHub, Buy Me a Coffee). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

We strive to keep TradeDialer available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance, updates, or improvements
• Third-party API outages (Twelve Data, Alpha Vantage)
• Hosting provider issues (AWS)
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
